At Camp Registration Schedule:

Session One Registration Sunday, July 9, 1:00 pm-3:00 pm

Session Two Registration Sunday, July 16, 1:00 pm-3:00 pm

To help make parking and check-in a smooth process, please see the list below and arrive during your scheduled time on the first day of camp:

1:00 pm: Theater Majors & (Session 2) Dance Majors

1:15 pm: Symphonic Band Major & those auditioning to be in Symphonic Band

1:30 pm: Campers with last names S-Z

1:50 pm: Campers with last names A-G

2:20 pm: Campers with last names H-R

– Families with one child in Theater, Dance, or Symphonic Band and another in a different major can check both children earlier.

– Families who carpool can check in at the time assigned to the parent dropping the children off.

– Any families who cannot check in at the assigned time should send a message to sugarloaf@edcoe.org to organize a suitable check-in time.

Just so you know, Camper bunks will be randomly assigned at the initial cabin meetings, so there is no need to arrive early.

I appreciate your cooperation with this First Day schedule!

Transportation & Parking

Please check the attached maps for our location or consult your favorite map program. You can just enter the campus slowly and proceed up the road. Our staff will help you to find parking. We do not provide transportation to or from camp. Campers and families must arrive AFTER 1:00 pm, as our staff members will be in meetings and setting up camp for your arrival until then. We will be able to supervise or register campers at 1:00 pm.

Theater Auditions

Theater students should report to the gym immediately after dropping off belongings in their cabin or tent. Please be prepared to present your monologue audition at that time.

Dance Auditions (Session 2)

So that you know, your registration time will be at 1:00 pm (along with the Theatre students). After registration, you will head to the dance room for your dance audition. Auditions will start by 2:00 pm. Please bring your music (a player will be provided) and be prepared to perform your choreographed audition dance (see requirement details on the Dance Major web page).

Oldest Boy Campers

The oldest boys’ living groups (B1, B2 & B3) will again be housed in tents at the top of the hill in “Tent City” (and B3 in the “Lower Woods”). Each tent will have an army-style cot for each camper and space for personal belongings. The gym has restrooms and shower facilities down the hill from these living areas.
