A full refund of registration fees paid will be made, if requested by the parent/guardian to the Sugarloaf Registrar via email at sugarloaf@edcoe.org, prior to May 10th.
After May 10th, the $100 deposit will not be refunded and refunds of remaining fees will only be possible if another camper from the waiting list can fill the vacated slot (ie. same major and same session). No vacancies can be filled after the cabin assignments have been made (approximately July 1).
